Improve imagery & Replicate Sections from one page to another

1. I need some quick help with resizing some images on the following pages. I have the imagery so just need help making it fit.

2. I would like to use some of the elements from the landing page (such as the header image/the button below to lead to the course page/'Our Skills' & 'Our Certificates') on the homepage but don't know know how to recreate them and the landing page won't update due to fault with the theme.

3. I need to amend the opening hours and phone number at the top of the site but can't find where this needs to be done!
