Improve design of existing website

I would like a web design expert to improve the look and function of my website, mundanefortune.com. The purpose of the website is to provide feedback and promote sales of my cartoons on interpersonal relationships. I would like to have recommendations from an expert for how the website should look and function. I already have a programmer. Applicants should send me suggestions for my website and/or send me examples of websites that they have created. If any applicant sends suggestions with a reasonable bill for their services, and I like their suggestions, I will pay the bill. I would like to hire the applicant with the best ideas for my social media sites as well. I do not have a specific budget for the first project, but I anticipate that it will be between 1 and 3 hours work, and some of the work will be explaining their ideas to me.
