Image Scroller to be customised using Jquery

I am currently in the process of redesigning my website and I need someone to help me with a bit of CSS and Jquery integration.

One of the features of my site is to have the images scroll across the page, just as it does on my current site.

I have attached an image of the new site layout, which is very similar. I need someone who is very competent with Jquery and CSS and troubleshooting coding errors. Here are the things I need to do with the problems I have encountered.

1. I need you to use the query scroller found here http://manos.malihu.gr/tuts/jquery_thumbnail_scroller_horizontal_full.html and integrate it into my website. (The site is built already, with all the images CSS etc)

2. The scroller should be able to adjust to different browser sizes, with no affect on the scrollers functionality, just like it does here http://manos.malihu.gr/tuts/jquery_thumbnail_scroller_horizontal_full.html

3. The screenshot attached is an indication of how I want the scroller to look once completed, obviously with the images moving left to right,based on mouse over. just as is in http://manos.malihu.gr/tuts/jquery_thumbnail_scroller_horizontal_full.html.
