Image for a website

I would like an image for a website banner. If you go to xilinx.com, and look on the home page at the moving banner in the center of the page. I want an image similar in style to those images, but static. So the image will be technology based. I have some idea of what I want on the image, but the style and colors left to the selected person. If you feel like this is something you can do then please apply. Before awarding I would need to see some example work.
