IE7 ASP/CSS Layout Issues need fixing

We have created a site that has now gone live and having just tested in IE7, the main browser used by the client, we need someone to fix the layout issues ASAP (today). Issues include a navigation line being cut short, the nav text being cut short, the right hand border on the site splitting and some of the right hand panels drifting on some of the pages. Should only take an experienced coder an hour or so as we have created a new CSS page to deal with the amends we have made so far (css/ie7.css).
