I require a creative web designer specialising in wordpress templates

Description of every page: A template has been bought, uploaded and content / headers created. Now need template creatively completed. Colours, features.

Need things adding in such as blogs (already plugged in but need set up), video, news feeds, contact form setting up with a drop down list (installed), has seo plugin - need basics set up so it goes to green light, need a matrix page creating for consultants names and Biographies, make site compliant AAA/DDA

I want something that looks professional, clean, crisp, easy to navigate but very modern looking adding any additional features your think would benefit the business - also link up social media which is already operational just need to link. There is already a live site but it is dated, ISO logos to be installed on pages (footers), need to be able to put images on slider/carousel including adverts for our other business interests (creation of these slide images will be a separate small gig)
MUST BE GOOD WITH GRAPHIC DESIGN

I need this designer to have at least 5 years experience in this arena who is competent to do ALL not just a couple of the above.

I want this to be custom...so it doesn't just look like an off the shelf template. Want colour introducing

Person must be good communicator and be quick but thorough.
