I need someone who can produce a nice looking layout for webpages and ads

Extra notes: I'm a web developer but sometimes I struggle to produce a nice looking design for pages.

I just need someone who can spend 30 - 60 minutes working on a mock-up of a page. Note: I don't need you to design the entire page. I already have the footers, headers and sidebar in place. It is just the content area of a specific page that needs some design work.

See the attached image. I just need the circled red area to look more appealing. I will provide a few more details when I have selected someone to do the job. I basically need an area for a list with of companies and above that will be an area that tries to sell a service.
