I need auto responders and a sale funnel set up on my site

I am looking for someone who can create a few autoresponder's on my site and within this I want to send a monthly check list of available puppies

Can this be automated so Its only the page with Available Puppies sent out to the non existent data base which will be addressed

They are only 2 to 3 autoresponders which need going through AI software to change headline and copy
