I need an improved look for our website www.lifestylecouriers.com

I wish the website to have a much nicer look, and a wizard that walks the user through the form.

The site is written in PHP and the current development team will support, just their design skills are not giving what is needed.

I am open to pricing options, but would prefer someone in the UK, ideally local. Also someone or a business that can code PHP, so they can implement the design and potentially support the site in the future.
