I need an email signature re created

Design details: I need a modern clean email signature for outlook ( although it must view perfectly on all browsers ). I just want to copy and paste it into outlook once designed. I have attached my curent signature which i am not too happy with, but at least it shows you roughly what we need to show. The shadowing on the logo may need to be removed from the psd to make alignemnt look correct...see what you think?
