I need an email designed

I'v branded the private investment vehicle of my business the 'North East Property Fund' over the last years.I'v relied on word of mouth referral to build my client bank and have dozens of satisfied clients throughout the UK and as far afield as Canada,Middle East and Australia.
I am currently purchasing a data base of 3,000 individuals with a similar demographic to my exisiting clients(either retired with cash to invest and high earning time short professionals) and require an email to market to these potential new clients.
I try to develop a long term relationship with as many of my clients as possible,often meeting with them to discuss there requirements and the opportunities I can provide, with them .which normally leads to repeat business and referrals.
I provide a 1% per month return to most of my investor partners,usually paid monthly to there bank accounts.....
