I need a well designed responsive Header for my eCommerce Site

I just need a very well designed responsive header

Following are the details I need in the header.
1. Hello 'Customer's First Name' ! message
2. A Currency Options
3. Account - The option right now available should be there
4. My Shortlist(with star)
5. My Cart
6. Logo
7. The menu - with a max of 10 items.(the menu and logo should not be there in the same line)

Conditions:

The header should stick to the top when the user scrolls down but at this time only the menu, cart and shortlist items should be displayed. Along with these a smaller version of the logo needs to be displayed.

I have also attached a .ai version of my logo, so that you can adjust the size of the logo as and when required.
Ideas for the visual style: Few images are attached.
Extra notes: As this is just a header, proposals with a sample header with all my requirements incorporated would have a better chance of winning my bid.
