I need a Website with design and functionality

This is a serious web project to recreate a similar website for the South African Market.

I am looking for a serious developer or outsourced development team to recreate a "clone" or very similar website to:

The developed website will need to have a very similar look and recreate the functionality almost exactly. The idea is that the main source of income will of course be for advertising, so this will need to be taken into consideration in the overall design.

It must have a very in-depth CMS where we can add any bit of information from new cars, new articles, car reviews feeds from other sites, advice etc.

There is also a comprehensive classifieds section. We must have the same feature.

Most importantly, only bid if you can acheive this project professionaly and have worked on similar projects before. Please reference previous work if possible.

This project is for newspaper and publishing comapny and therefore needs a professional touch!

Please also indicate a realistic time frame this project can be achieved in.
