I need a website designer to complete Wordpress site

Description of every page: The website is actually complete. However we think there is too much white space and it needs some design elements to finish off the pages and make it more appealing and striking. We are tight on deadlines so can't complete ourselves.
Ideas for the visual style: Country house hotel
Website information: Hotel, restaurant, wedding venue, bar, conference venue
Extra notes: I will send the url when I have chosen a designer. If I like your work we have many more projects coming on board that I don't have time to complete myself so we would need a freelancer to do some weekly/fortnightly projects as and when. This site is already on a very tight budget. Maybe 3 hours work left to do, estimated. I will send links and sketches of what I need doing, no concepts required.
