I need a web&logo

I have an idea on the web and on logo, but don't have content for the web just yet. I need somebody who can take time to discuss things and create a quality web, going through different ideas and options. I have my domain name and hosting and that's about it so far. If I'll find somebody who will do a superb job with this, I'm sure we'll work in the future again and I'll recommend to others as well. My budget is a bit limited at the moment, but this is a great opportunity for somebody who wants to create great relations that will lead to even greater contacts in the future.
