I need a web developer/coder to disable product image swiping

Hello,

My ecommerce website uses the Turbo Portland theme, and is built on Shopify -- https://nextlevelartwork.com/

This theme has a feature where, on all devices, people can "swipe" the product photos when they're on a product page. I want to disable this feature -- and the theme developers have told me they don't know how (go figure, lol) and I need to hire a developer to do it for me.

I have found through user testing that this feature actually degrades the user experience, because when trying to simply move up and down the product pages, people will accidentally change the product image -- and the changes won't register in the product variant selection area, meaning if they were previously on a variant that cost $24.99, and accidentally swiped to switch to another product image where that variant should cost $99.99, it wouldn't register, and it would cause confusion about what product variants cost what amount. It also just interferes with their ability to scroll up and down the page which I have found through UX testing causes much frustration.

Long story short: I want to completely disable the ability of people to swipe to change product images, on all devices: desktop, tablet, and mobile. I also want to disable those product-image selection arrows that you see on the left and right side of product images on tablets + mobile.

I want product images to change on product pages ONLY when people actually select that specific variant using the variant selection-buttons. I want to completely disable any kind of functionality that allows people to change the product page images by either swiping or clicking any arrow that they see.

This is a pretty simple and quick job I'm asking for, literally just popping in to disable two basic features, so my starting offer for this is $20. (If needed I am open to paying more, however. Just name your price and we'll see if we can come to an agreement or not.)
