I need a web designer

I need a website designed.

Simple website with 10 - 15 pages, including four automated forms (the "fill in your details here" kind of forms). The forms need to allow the customer to attach a single picture file (with a restriction of 1mb file size and only in jpg or png format. There will also need to be a purchase page - which will be redirected to PayPal's credit/debit service. I'm only selling one product, so I don't need the whole shop option.

I already have all the text and pictures ready. This is a quick job - but I still want good work.

Be warned - I have had several websites designed in the past and have had both great and terrible experiences.

As such, successful applicant should know that this website needs to leap off the page - no old style, set font, standard html design. I want something amazing - not a recycled job. I don't want to hear - you can't do that, or that's too difficult. No amateurs please.

Successful applicant needs to be able to set the whole website up - I have already purchased the domains and have someone to host it - you need to do everything else.

Successful applicant MUST have considerable creative talent and experience - writing code is one thing, but creative talent is just as important.

Successful applicant must be based in London - I will sit down the successful applicant and go over the web design and review process in person - not via a million emails/phone calls.

I want to know your hourly rate and the fixed rate for the job. I have a good idea - having done this a number of times - how long this process should take and what is a reasonable fee.

Finally, once the website is completed, I must be able to access and update text/photos on the website on my own. I will retain full control and access of the website. I'm not paying someone to update my own website.
