Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Design details: Hi
I need someone to design a template for use in Mailchimp that will promote the latest issue of a small (18 page) magazine and it's availability for download or reading online. You can view the magazine here http://www.rightchoicefunerals.com/bereavement-support/day-by-day-magazine.
The template should display the front cover of the magazine (not too small - should be able to read the article headlines), a synopsis of the content, may be a few of the inner photos? I'll leave it up to your creativity.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Messages to communicate through the design: Who it's from (Day by Day)
Who it's for (Support for the bereaved. Funeral planning, guidance and inspiration. Friends who care)
Here's the latest issue - Visual of front cove
Summary of contents
Share and Twitter icons
Could have 3 smaller pics say relating to articles inside, with brief summary beside or underneath the pics.
It should direct the reader to the following page. http://www.rightchoicefunerals.com/bereavement-support/day-by-day-magazine.
Type of email needed: Promotion
Ideas for the visual style: Photography will be taken from the magazine. Design of the template needs to marry nicely with the design of the Day by Day magazine.
Preferred colors: The banner colours will change to match the magazine design.
Website url: www.rightchoicefunerals.com
Website information: Funeral comparison site and bereavement support resource
Extra notes: This is the kind of synopses that will be included:
In this, our second issue, we talk to funeral photographer Rachel Wallace about why more and more people are choosing to capture images of the day and how beneficial this can be for families coping with their bereavement. We look at how friends can help with providing food at the funeral reception and beyond. And for those of you planning a very personal send off, we take a look at the increasingly colourful world of coffins. There's also tips on choosing appropriate music for a service, organising a wake and expert help with tax planning.
As ever, we are always keen to hear your thoughts and suggestions, and would be pleased to receive anything you would like to share with others in future issues, so please do get in touch. from you.
Until next time ...
