I need a programmer for a new freelance website!

Hello professionals,

I´m looking for a programmer for a new to build freelance website in the Netherlands. Basically the main goal is to for companies to post jobs for which freelancers may apply on. For the freelancers a fee will be charged to use the facilities and get access to the website.

Practically however the website will have to be designed with a lot of futures which will be given to the programmer in details when discussed further. Please find below some guidelines for which the project to give you an idea on.

On the website space for advertisement (banners) should be designed also including an overall CMS for which the information can be uploaded or changed on the website when neccessary.

Social media like LinkedIn and Twitter should be integrated for users in the website modus. Projects placed longer as 14 days should be deleted automatically from the shown project list to users.

Integrated RSS feed to users when a project has been posted. Website should adapt pda format when opened from Blackberry or Iphone for e.g.

My budget is approx. GBP 400 all in and estimated project deadline from start to end is projected for 3 weeks sorted.

P.S. all information on the website will be in Dutch for which will be provided throughout the project. I'm initially looking for a senior programmer (experience 3 years+) preferably with solid PHP, Flash and/or Joomla background and impressive track record on designing websites. Portfolio must be shown to dedact quality!
