Hi,
We in ParkMagic (parkmagic.net) have developed a new business called Baywatch and while it is 100% owned by ParkMagic, it will be marketed seperately and therefore its logo and imagery design should reflect ParkMagic in some way perhaps in colour or in graphics or both. I am open to suggestions
The Baywatch product - as the name suggests -- watches (monitors) Parking Bays in a new and economically viable way
Baywatch uses sensors that are embedded in each parking space and communicate with Baywatch systems using the 5G Internet of Things (IoT) network. Here is a video showing how sensors are installed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fw705FonKnw&t=60s
Once sensors are installed they communicate wirelessly with the BayWatch systems and record how often a monitored space is occupied and unoccupied and sends this information to any connected devices in real time. The type of information sent is dependent on the use case (see below) and the devices are usually mobile phones or in car CarPlay compible displays
The product has three main use cases which the site should explain. Baywatch-NG which means Baywatch Next Generation, Baywatch-DD which means Baywatch for Disabled Drivers and Baywatch-LB which means Baywatch for Loading Bays.
Baywatch - NG
a. Collects data on available and occupied parking spaces and makes that data available to Parking App users so that parking customers can see live on their parking App where spaces are available in their town or city
b. Provides real-time navigation to a user selected parking spot via Siri on CarPlay enabled vehicles.
c. Collects Data on parking violations and makes that data available to enforcement services by either responding to a request from enforcement personnel or pushing the information to them
Prototype images are not yet available but will include Android/iOS App images and CarPlay images
Baywatch-DD
a. Collects data on available and occupied Disabled parking spaces and makes that data available to Parking App users so that parking customers can see live on their parking App where spaces are available in their town or city
b. Provides real-time navigation to a user selected parking spot via Siri on CarPlay enabled vehicles.
c. Provided and interprets historical usage data so parking management can better manage their stock of Disabled parking bays and better locate these bays
Attached are images of Android Parking App displaying real time availability of 4 spaces in map layout (red pin is space unavailable green pin means space available). Also attached is a CarPlay image showing the same data. Also attached a video showing the system in use. In this example video Disabled Bay sensor data is sent to a CarPlay parking App. The user can select the space they require and Siri will navigate to the space
Baywatch- LB
a. Collects data on available and occupied Loading Bays and makes that data available to Parking App users so that parking customers can see live on their parking App where spaces are available in their town or city
The key difference between all three use cases is the type of reporting the system provides and who the information is provided to - For example Baywatch-LB provides push notification to enforcement whereas Baywatch- DD does not feature this
General Advantages of the system
Cost Effective Technology
With the advent of 5G IoT technology the cost per unit of sensors has dropped to a pricepoint that makes sensor equipping of all parking spaces affordable and practical
Real Information In Real time
Baywatch provides real information on occupancy in real time 24/7/365. This information is invaluable when planning the number and location of high demand parking spaces such as disabled bays and loading bays. Historically such planning was either based on the best guess (often wrong) or on physical surveying of the space usage (very expensive)
What I expect:
I would expect a static site for the service to have a landing page which perhaps describes the product at a high level, the technologies etc then a menu with a page for each of the use cases. Contact us information in the footer of each page. Finally I would like an Industry Partners Page. This page will list and provide basic information and links to Baywatch customers and partners. So a total of 5-6 pages but the Use Case Pages can use the same template/design.
Attached. Images & Video
Current ParkMagic Logo colour Pallete (for reference) PANTONE Cool Gray 7 U PANTONE Red 032 C
I would like the deliverables in HTML5/CSS
I hope this brief helps!
Thanks
Philip
