I need fresh and modern design for my website.
Purpose of the site would be short term loans.
I need a page layout with the CSS and images. I'm going to use MVC, HTML5, .NET to finish this project.
Web site is not complicated I just need some master page and some menu. Page must look fresh as we are aiming to attract younger audience.
