HTML email design & dev (poss. other graphics work too)

Seeking very senior graphics designer and developer to create high quality, fully responsive, HTML email designs for email marketing automation campaigns.

I'm looking for someone that can work magic from ambiguity, and can do great things to communicate messages through their graphics. It is important to note that my business is B2B (software and IT services) and the primary audience for the email communications is managers up to execs/owners. As such, the visual messaging has to be crisp, clear, professional, but still "speak loudly" as these are the people with the most overloaded inboxes.

The initial project I need done is likely to be one of the most challenging in what would be a series of work. As such, I will be using this job as an "acid test". In order to be successful, you will need to be both very good AND be able to produce quickly as I need the output very soon.

Additionally, in order for me to want to engage you for additional work beyond this initial piece, you have to have solid communication skills and be responsive via skype or similar so that the work can happen in a somewhat "agile" way.
