Design details: We're are looking for a person to design and build a html template that is mobile compatible. It is likely that this would be sent via an email provider such as dotmailer or constant contact.
Target audience: B2B
Messages to communicate through the design: we are looking to encourage new users to test our advertising marketplace with the offer of a money off their advertising. This will be at a value where they could effectively have a package for free.

Website information: Marketplace for Industrial products and services - although it has grown to a business focused marketplace
