HR Retention & Talent Management APP

We seek a skilled graphic designer to develop an interactive app that shows a dashboard with several aspects of our employee retention, engagement and wellness monitoring.

One aspects is to display the data related to employee engagement, retention and hiring and the second aspect is to show the factors contributing to the low or high rates of retention or engagement or slow hiring.

The app will have a landing page with a product overview at various levels of aggregation of data.

We want to show the data of how the tool supports companies, executives, managers, and individuals.

Deliverables include a sleek and responsive Figma website layout, with detailed visual pages outlining interaction at each organizational level. Interactive Figma prototypes will allow stakeholders to preview the design for feedback prior to finalizing. Exported screen designs in PDF/PNG format will facilitate smooth review.

Our extensive brief contains examples, inspiration, and expectations to guide execution. Selected candidates will be furnished all materials necessary for seamless completion.

The tool aims to help HR professionals tackle employee burnout and retention, so emphasis should be placed on an intuitive and user-focused experience emphasizing these goals.

The tool will also need to integrate with major HR Platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle.

Preferred is a designer who worked on HR Analytics tool before.
