Homepage website design

I require 2 ideas (PSD) for a homepage design for a website aimed at young people, and to follow a graffiti style theme. The 2 designs need to be similar but different and include social media content, image slider, snippets of information from around the site, links to social media. Site map and high level scope will be provided to the successful bidder, the designs needs to reflect this for the navigation and content.

I would need these produced this week, a bit late notice I know but I expect to award the project tonight for the designer to start work tomorrow, latest delivery (following a round of amends from me) would be Monday so please only bid if you can meet these timings.

Colours need to be bright and modern but not too heavy or dark.
