Homepage + UI/UX of app

Hi,
I'm developing a short term rental digital welcome book app. The web app consists of three pages. A home page where it displays contact information for the host and address of the property, A Guide section that is made up of tiles of everything in a welcome book, like Wifi info, Best restaurants, Check in instructions, Checkout instructions. The last piece is a digital map. It showcases the host favorite places as well as general points of interests in relation to the home they are staying in.

I need someone to design the homepage for this App/Site RentalWelcome.com and design the feel and flow of the three page described above.
