Homepage Redesign (subtle changes only)

www.i-RPO.com needs a few changes made to the look and feel. We fundamentally like our existing website, but as we are going in a different direction we need a few subtle changes to the look at and feel.
What we are looking for is the changes to be made to the look and feel on the homepage then we’ll get our inhouse developer to carry the look and feel throughout the site.
Requirement:
Overall we are looking for the site to be lighter and brighter, more use of white or very pale greys. Change the logo colour or at least the “i”, a couple of changes to top navigation, take out the lizard graphic and add some new content and a few other changes to the wording.
Summary:
We like what we have, we want a little more colour, it to be lighter and have more breath. This site was more “serious” than the one we want.
Once I have picked the winner I’ll send all the details. This is urgent!!!
