Home Page PSD design for a travel website

Description of every page: Redesign the homepage from this current design ( http://invis.io/SN1FOKA8E ) to one that incorporates the same elements on this design on the homepage and similar/the same elements as on destinology but :

1. Takes inspiration from www.destinology.co.uk - luxury and specialist holidays, but great prices. The site should demonstrate value for money and luxury/quality

2. There needs to be a drop down banner at the top of the homepage with a deal of the day

3. There needs to be a map on the homepage that pops out of the page ( as a searchable map)

4. No Turqoise colour - prefer the darker greys. Writing to be in dark colour so inner of the page needs to be a light background

5. Search Holidays either on the left of the banner page and an image on the right, or full width with the search in the middle as here: http://www.screencast.com/t/dSONJKuX

Not looking for a copy of destinology, but clearly taking inspiration from this and the itc luxury site
Ideas for the visual style: High quality - bespoke and luxury holidays, clear indication that deals and best prices are avaialable
