Help redesign and personalise my Wordpress website

Hope you can help me....I have a website (www.kloogame.com) which I wrestled from my web master to wordpress so I can change content...and now find that I am limited (by my own technical limitations) on the design side....Can you have a look at the website. Basically I would like for a new banner across the top (I am not asking you to redesign this - although we can talk about it)...I also need a template which apart from the front page, has a right hand column (say 2/3 1/3) for pictures and links. I would like to have some really nice click boxes which appear frequently (a Store click box and Voucher Code one)...In the main content area i need everything to look crisp and professional and punch out with the right balance between images and words etc...Can you HELP? It needs a touch of creative magic...but ultimately I also need it to drive people through the website to the kloo cart (www.kloocart.com). I am defintely looking for a long term business relationship - someone I can go to to keep my web pages looking great.

Oh and finally I think I know what I want...but if you have suggestions, please say. You may have ideas that have not occurred to me.
