Group buying website

We are looking for a developer capable of building a group buying website.

The functionality of the site would be very similar to the website www.groupon.com, and prospective bidders should be familiar with this site.

The site would consist of approx 14 pages, and would need large parts of it to be edited on a daily basis through CMS.

The site would have to be able to take payment via our merchant banking service. The potential complexity for the site would be that (as with groupon and other collective buying sites) the deal does not go through until a predefined number of people sign up for the deal. This involves interacting with the merchant banking gateway to \'ring fence\' a sum of money in the customers account, and charging all customers when the predefined number of customers has been reached.

The site would need to have the possibility to upgrade to building a database of user profiles, as well as to expand into other cities after the initial launch in London - to be discussed.

We have the initial graphic design for the home page, but the designs would have to be built up from this for the other pages.

A full and detailed spec is available, and will be sent on request to selected bidders.
