Description of every page: Graphic designer needs a custom accordion designed and developed for a Wordpress site using the Ultimatum theme with Visual Composer installed:

Technical:
Must be compatible with Wordpress, Ultimatum Theme and Visual Composer (a test site can be provided).

Visual Guide:
The accordion should look like the image Accordion (Individual images for the header, footer and other titles will be provided.)

Measurements:
The Accordion should ideally be variable in width ( or definable within set parameters perhaps).

Accordion Background :
Transparent so the underlying background shows through.

Accordion Header:
Title and subtitle text over the background images must be easy to change.

Accordion Content Panels:
Editable single colour with CSS opacity so the underlying background shows through.
Must allow html paragraph content, not just excerpt.
It must be easy to change the text.
There should be no restriction on the length of the text.

Accordion Action:
This should be smooth as the sections open and close.
The sections should open or close on click or mouseover
The sections should scroll if needed.
Only one section should appear open at any time.

Extra notes: This is a small coding task to fit with a Wordpress site being executed for a new company. We need this as a matter of some urgency.
