Golden Wave Technology Limited

Desgin of a site that includes design of a logo (for web and print), a header (for my web pages) and a template (for my web pages). This is for a simple 4 to 5 static pages website for my company, Golden Wave Technology. The company is dedicated to investing in websites and domain names. I would like to have a cartoon (japanese manga) feel to the site, and I prefer pale colours. I can provide some example of what I like as designs. I will provide the content but NOT the pictures/drawings. These need to be provided by you.
