Gay website design

Hi there, I am looking for a web designer who would like to create my websites new theme similar to the mockups below. I already have my mascot and logo design, but I need the main theme to be similar as this, however, creativity and more of a modern style, art, features, etc. would be a great bonus.

The site itself is a toplist/directory for gay adult sites, it is fairly simple, the site isn't hosting adult content itself/we can put in test images for testing purpose

-main page has all the categories and the top sites for each category.
-Each category goes to that categories page which shows all the thumbnails of the site
-Each site link goes to the websites page hosted on my site with a review, more info, etc
- Background will need to be similar to the mockups with my mascot as a cute emoji tiled throughout the background (I have the vector files which you can edit)
-Bottom footer area is going to be the meta stuff, about the site, etc

The site must be:
-Responsive/mobile responsive
-Sleek, modern, creative
-SEO Optimized is a must - Ability to add my own texts in (for example the bubble towards the top and the very top banner, social links, etc)
-Fast loading
-Add a Submit your site button by social links

The site is already fully functional and has most of these capabilities, however, you are mainly going to be working on the skin for it.
