Full Website.

I am looking for a webdesigner to make me up a template website and give me a briefing into hosting, Then change the website to suit my clients from the same template changing little things like maybe picture ect.

I would need someone who is reliable and work closely with. The website would be pretty basic the only this what would be more advanced would be a card payment service or paypal link which then sends a altimated email to the managers email address to what the customer has paid for.
