Front and Backend

I need someone to work on our website from our office. It requires front end work. However as we have a built in bespoke backend and the website is connected to the front end. I would also need that person to have good experience in php and mysql. The website is to be designed similiar to http://www.standardchartered.com/uk/en/. The main page should be similair fitting within the website functions (www.icslegal.com). The backend is on mysql and php, codes written from scratch. The integration would need to be done only. Please quote me on the hours and the hourly rate.
