Freelance web designer - Wordpress website

I am looking for a freelance web designer to support with the creation of a childcare training website for my childcare training company using wordpress. I have already bought the theme and have the relevant plugins but need someone to work on the layout of the website.

The website will allow childcarers to sign up for my newsletter, agencies to register jobs, and childcarers to book onto courses.

I am looking for someone with experience in wordpress.
