Foreign Phrase Website

I would like a site designing showing foreign language phrases for one particular language.

I have the domain and would like the following:

I%u2019d like a two tone colour scheme in the (colours of this countries flag), a simple but clean look but also bold and striking.

The homepage should have a logo and then a menu going down the left hand site with about 10 options e.g. %u201CMaking conversation%u201D, %u201CEating out%u201D once clicked it expands and shows further categories e.g.:

Family/Meeting People
>Greetings
>Meeting Family
>Making Conversation


When these are clicked itgoes to a new page titled with the heading and then displaying phrases in the following format:

English word Foreign Word Listen

Hello Bonjour Click to Listen

When the click to listen link is clicked the word is spoken, I will record a number of short mp3 files for these.

A few more details to be clarified yet but this is the basic overview.
