Food Website Needs Building

A website which advertises the following:

Food shops/farm shops
Farmer markets
Pubs and bars
Restaurants
Caterers

Within each category it will be broken down even further. For instance restaurants will be broken down into the popular times of cuisine (Chinese, Indian, Italian etc). Like wise will pubs and bars be broken down but by location (different towns with county)

Users will search the website to find what ever they want through a simple search facility.

Businesses will pay (a very small amount) to advertise on the site. Their listing will include name and address as well as phone and website if applicable with relevant links.

I am not at all web techie and therefore the site should be built on a platform that I am able to edit. I have attempted to build on moonfruit or yola or other similar website builder programme but I'd thought I will try this route first.

There is the potential for the site to 'develop' into other regions and other sites and also have greater functionality about it so there is scope for that.

I am looking for a very 'budget' prices as that's all I have but as ao said before the business model i have should be capable of growing very fast and therefore further potential.
