Facebook banner, Twitter banner & Facebook app artwork

I am looking for some artwork for a Facebook banner, Twitter banner & 2x Facebook app artwork for a car servicing garage who are celebrating their 40th anniversary. They are running a radio campaign to say thank you so would like the artwork to have the same message.

For one the Facebook app artwork I would like this to have a message as they will be giving away a FREE MOT each week in July
(all they have to do is book their MOT for any date in July for the chance of getting their MOT free)
