I will provide affliate image links, and links etc

I would like it similiar in design to http://www.guardian.co.uk - like draft shot here; http://des.accretelamp.com/doctor_who_world/version_1/index_v3.html but logo has to be like in http://des.accretelamp.com/doctor_who_world/version_1/index_v1.html

I have a budget of £70 now - will be able to give more later.
