Email signature for mac mail in correct format

email signature for mac mail in correct format. Please see examples of what I want. It needs to be in correct format so I can drag to Mac mail for email signature . three people have already tried and I've had to be refunded, please only except job if you know how to do it. Needs to sit to left exactly like example. example 1 and 2 are how I want mine to look with pic 3 changes .
