Email Signature

I've been trying to set up a signature in Microsoft 365 Outlook using one of their standard templates.

I've added some text above my jpeg logo and contact details to the right - all using Calibri 11 font. That is all saved in "Signatures" okay - but when I go to "New Mail" in Outlook, only the text above the logo is in Calibri 11 while the contact details are in Calibri 12 !
Added to which, when I send an email and look at it in Gmail or even Outlook on my phone, the logo and text are distorted and it looks unprofessional.
So I'd like your help to sort this please if you can.
I'm quite happy with the layout and style of the signature but am open to suggestions if you think differently.

Moving forward, I'd like to change the contact details when I need to add a new email address if this is possible.
