Email HTML and newsletter

Design details: 1) Hi I need a HTML Email made up which will comprise of my logo and contact details for my accountancy business this email will be used as a template to send to existing clients and business associates This has to also be responsive because many people use their mobile to read their emails all information will be provided by me.

2)Hi I need a Email newsletter created this will be distributed to potential clients in order to entice them to use our services this newsletter will have to be responsive so it can load up on mobiles easily all information will be provided by me hopefully this job will lead to more jobs as I am hoping to get more newsletters made.

Ideas for the visual style: has to meet the company colour blue apart from that the designer has the freedom to create what he wants
