Ecommerce VAT issue needs fixing on a site

I have a woocommerce site that has products that are 20% and 5% vatable. The VAT is included in the product price but needs to show in the checkout and on the invoice - so the customer can see the breakdown. Sometimes there will be two lines of VAT depending on the products purchases...this is never added to the total as the products include VAT. There is a delivery charge, that also needs a line to show. So just to recap there will be the total value of the order (this includes the VAT) then below it will show shipping, then a breakdown of the VAT is, and then the total value (this will not include the VAT that is shown in the checkout as the VAT is already included in the pricing). This needs to be resolved asap. If you are not an expert then do not offer your services. I have almost done it with code snippets but I must be missing something as it is still duplicating a line.
