Ecommerce site

need a web design for a site to sell services (4 items, 1 has fixed price, 3 have 3 different prices). A customer may or may not buy the fixed price item but buys one of the 3.

6 - 7 pages.
must have relevant experience (paypal, shopping cart, etc).
no artwork at all: I provide images (about 800 by 200) and use them.
No sophistication, dancing, singing!!, flash, Jquery or..... just simple pages.
I will provide all the details to the right person/company:

I need you to answer the following questions (ALL of them):
1. What software do you use (I do not want any microsoft or free software)?
2. Do you have experience to set up paypal (or similar compay), credit card charge and shopping carts?
3. Can U deliver say in 3 weeks max.?
3. How much do you charge? Ignore what I mention here! (hint: I am coming to an auction site to get the best price for the $!! so please use your logic and not...)

I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

1. I must see samples of work that includes:
a. paypal/another company,
b. credit cards charges,
c. at least a simple shopping cart (for 2 items).
2. very important note: I do not need any other services.
