Ebay Template using CSS Files

I need a template to be created that will work on eBay. I will be able to show you a sample of what I require (you will need to create some additional features) but of course, my template must be different. You will need to create CSS files that I will upload to my server. The path of this will be given so the coding must reflect that. For an experienced person, this should take only a few hours only. You will need an eBay account that normally you can open free to CHECK if the files are working, without this you will not be sure if this is working. The sample code has few errors but it will give an idea of what is required. i will require the Font of the tabs to be changed and colour. In other words should be unique to me.
