Ebay page designer need for 15 items

We are looking for a UK BASED individual/company to design one of our brands, a series of ebay based pages that look great

You will also need to manipulate the images and make the words key-indexed and SEO successful on ebay

I am also looking for someone to monitor our sales and to find the 'best formula' for each product- E.g. best time, day, price, starting price, postage etc

So far we have launched 10 products and need it professionally done

This project is our own and the client will then give us a budget later
