E-mail Stationary Redesign

Design details: We are looking to redesign our e-mail stationary.

We have software on our Exchange Server that adds the HTML to the e-mails after the users sends. We there need to be able to mailmerge the following fields:

First Name
Last Name
Qualifications
Job Title
Telephone Number
Fax Number
E-mail Address
Web Address

I would like a header and footer creating for e-mail stationary.

We have four designs that will need to be created as we have three Offices and a separate Lettings business.

I attach our current stationary we use which is good and I want jazzing up (you can have creative license on this to use your imagination). I also want to feature some of the features of that particular Office. For example our Clarendon Park Office is the Top Selling Agent in June 2016 (see report). It is important we include the disclaimer etc and try to include this somehow.

We also make sue of characters in our marketing and would like to possibly include these instead.

Each person does have their own character so the software can merge this image in if necessary. (see http://www.knightsbridge-estates.co.uk/staff)
