Drupal website to be re-designed, flash images, and graphics designed

Our company already has a functional website built using Drupal. I need someone with good Drupal skills to add structure and beauty to it. No need for custimisations. The following are required:
1) logos and graphics to go with tabs, contact us forms etc
2) atleast 6 flash designs to be embedded
3) overall streamlining of the website and make it more iniutive and attractive.

I have a sample website from a similar business to use as template.
