Drupal 7 theme

Kind of design: Theme/template
Description of every page: I need a new THEME for my Drupal 7 software: http://www.my-school-management.com/school/

You will need to log into the software and get a better understanding how inner pages look like.

Currently it's using BOOTSTRAP theme.

My requirements are very simple as I only need a basic theme developed which can replace the current theme and that's it. No special requirements.

Just to mention that most of the inner pages of this software are FORMS and VIEWS but I understand new theme will simply replace this.

I like the look n feel of this theme http://followtechnique.com/themes/bird/lite/ and I can provide html. I don't want whole of html from this template to be converted as Drupal theme but atleast so as my current software can start using the new layout as in http://followtechnique.com/themes/bird/lite/ layout page.
